Whole night soaked fenugreek1/2tsp, all spices powder2pinch, pepper raw black 5nos, organic turmeric1/4 tsp, garlic 3slices, dry ginger powder 1pinch, cumin1pinch, ajwain 1/4tsp, grated coconut ¼, cup all make into paste+8times water and 1 and1/2 cup rice add salt ,make boil till semisolid consistency.

Can add cow butter (ghee).

     Good dinner option for digestion and diabetic patient   too.

  • Drinking water preparation

   Cloves 10nos

   Cardamom 8nos

   Organic cinnamon medium size pc 2

   Cumin 1/4ts

   Black pepper raw 1/4tsp

   Dry ginger big pc1

   Water 1 lit

Boil water with all ingredients in low flame by closing the vessel for 10 mnts. Drink 10ml of this water in hot condition every day many times.

(Drink frequently, 8 or 10 times a day — not more quantity at a time).

Improves digestion, reduce respiratory symptoms.

  • Steam inhalation twice a day with “MENTHOL CRYSTAL “or all spices boiled with water.

     Helps to avoid sputum congestion in chest and sinuses.

  • Fumigation of home – can use bay leaves, raw turmeric, garlic, luban etc.
  • Practice yoga everyday

        Pranayama – breathing exercises to improve lungs strengh
